Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

Enrollment & Payment:

Tuition and fees must be paid as outlined at enrollment.
Monthly plans must be completed in full unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations by Participants:

14+ days before program start: Full refund (minus non-refundable deposit).
Within 14 days of start: 50% refund.
After program start: No refunds. Payment plan obligations remain.

Deferrals & Transfers:

May request deferral or transfer to another cohort (subject to approval).

Program Cancellations by SEE Institute:

We may reschedule or cancel a program.
If canceled, full refund of tuition/fees is provided.
If rescheduled, you may transfer or request refund.

Scholarships & Discounts:

Refunds are calculated net of scholarships or discounts.
Scholarships are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Documented emergencies may be considered.
