Is the program completely self-study?

No. You and your cohort will meet once a month with your program coach. Your program coach will also meet with you 1:1 to review your progress and answer your questions. All meetings will be conducted virtually.

What is the difference between a program coach and a post-closing growth coach?

Program coaches are subject-matter experts in the course content. They also have extensive experience in adult education, with some having served as adjunct faculty. Post-Closing growth coaches are all masters at lower middle market value creation—they have extensive experience working with CEOs post-acquisition to scale privately-held, lower middle market businesses.
